Learning from history should be an integral part of our physical education, just as much as learning about the most current trends.
I believe that as a great trainer of warriors, Genghis Khan probably had a pretty good grasp on the effects of alcohol on his troops, and on his entire empire. Also known as someone who brought unity to warring tribes, I’m sure he had moral reasons as well as physical when he made the following quote:
