-Smile at everyone, and enjoy the smiles back in your direction.

-Workout for 1 hour per day, six days per week.

-To be lean for life, be physically active for 2 hours per day, six days per week.

-Don’t think about going to the gym or taking that walk, just go.

-Deal with negativity as quickly as possible, then be done with it.

-Recover from your workout, not from debauchery.

-Spend as much time studying about food as you do eating it.

-Spend more time being physically active than you do eating.

-Know that sleep and rest are paramount.

-Work as hard on healthy eating as on your exercise.
